Quality Management

An important part of how we manage the service delivery is through required client liaison, quality audits and regular inspection by site managers. We use a scored quality system developed to evaluate all areas of service delivery within the contracted cleaning service. Scoring is graded from 1-5 with 1 being poor and 5 being excellent.

We will liaise with with our client on the scoring system to ensure accurate results and react quickly to any issue before it becomes a problem.
